In The Field
In The Field
It started in 2006 with a highly-anticipated King Tut exhibit and a design refresh of that summer's issue. IN THE FIELD is a publication for members of The Field Museum with a print run of roughly 45,000. Each issue was created in collaboration with it's in-house editor—first with the Museum's Public Relations office and later with Institutional Advancement—and an internal team of contributors. Multiple pages sharing diverse Museum-wide news were uniquely designed to communicate to a far-reaching audience with content ranging from the mysteriously scientific to the majestically kid-friendly. The magazine was redesigned in 2010 and is published three times a year.
